MINI DINOSAUR - TUATARAS
The tuataras or sphenodonts are endemic reptiles of the islands surrounding New Zealand and constitute the only genus of the order Sphenodontia that has survived to the present day, practically unchanged since the Mesozoic Era. They have unique adaptation abilities such as cartilaginous spines on their back, a third eye, they do not have a male copulating organ and they can live up to twelve months without eating anything.
